This is a 15 session program where groups of teens can gather together and find ways in which to prize themselves. Self-esteem building is what this workbook is all about. Youth especially prone to depression and anger will find this a most welcome source of healing.
Each session gives instructions for the construction of a collage based on the theme from each session. At the end of the program each teen will have a 15 panel collage describing what they prize most about themselves. This is a shot in the arm for any teen participating in this program.
